Palacio Tropical features 7 elegantly appointed bedroom suites with an additional lock-out suite - suitable for a nanny, pilot or other help; 8 full baths, 1 half bath; a fully-equipped modern kitchen; large high definition TV with surround sound in living room; audio system with speakers throughout the villa and pool area; TVs and air-conditioning in each room; a large pool with patio bar and Jacuzzi; sun decks, patios, and balconies galore; a complete laundry facility; and an amazing house staff waiting to treat you and your guests like royalty!
The villa is equipped with every modern kitchen appliance, including a commercial-sized freezer that makes 150 pounds of ice cubes daily to keep your soft drinks and happy hour cocktails cold! The local Pacific waters provide some of the best fish and seafood in the world! You will find a selection of fresh fish and fresh lobster -- from our own Palacio Tropical traps! -- in the kitchen freezer. Your Palacio Chef will be more than happy to grill, broil, steam or fry up the fresh seafood of your choice.
Even on vacation, there are times when you have to be in touch with outside world. To help you out a phone, house computer, complete with email and internet access are provided as well as a fax machine. Long distance charges will be billed to your credit card number. There are also two satellite cell phones available for rental during your stay. Please note: most regular cell phones don't work in Costa Rica. Please let us know prior to your arrival if your party requires more than two rental satellite phones.

Palacio Tropical reservations cannot be cancelled. However, we will do our very best to fill your reserved time slot, and if we are successful, 75% of your deposit will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained by us, and may be applied toward the deposit of a new weekly reservation at a time that works better for you.

A deposit of 50% of the total weekly rental is required within one (1) week of booking.
